Sharing the Flavors of Haiti, One Plate at a Time

Chef Nathalie Lecorps of Gourmet Kreyol carries on her family’s culinary legacy, bringing authentic Haitian cuisine to the streets of Boston. Since launching in 2021, Gourmet Kreyol has expanded from a food truck and catering service to soon opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
 

Inspired by her parents’ Haitian restaurant in Miami and with support from her cousin Karyn Glemaud Anis, Nathalie has served high-profile clients like Mayor Wu, the City of Boston, and Harvard University, while also supporting the Haitian migrant community.

Beyond food, Gourmet Kreyol empowers the Haitian community, creating job opportunities for those often overlooked. In 2023, Nathalie’s work was honored with the Haitian American Young Entrepreneur Award.
 

A Collaboration Rooted in Haitian Culture

In partnership with Lumiere Rene Candle Company, this collaboration celebrates Haitian excellence. Both businesses share a dedication to preserving heritage through culture—whether through food or scent. Together, they bring warmth, family, and tradition to Boston.
