  • What is your return policy?
    We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 7 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to with an attached photo and additional details and we will address your inquiry accordingly.
  • Where is your studio located?
    140 Wood Road Suite 405D Braintree, MA.
  • What are Lumiére René candles made with?
    All Lumière René Candles are made with high quality coconut soy wax. Our high quality phthalate free fragrances are infused with essential oils to ensure a clean burn and toxin free scents.
  • What is the burn time on a Lumière René candle?
    We recommend our candles be burned no more than 4 hours at a time. Burn time varies from 48-80 hours depending on the candle size.
  • How fragrant are your candles?
    All of our candles are fragrant and are expected to fill up large spaces. We've received positive feedback from our customers on how our candles fill up spaces. We pride ourselves in offering scents that leave a lasting impression in your space.
  • What shipping methods do you use?
    We use USPS Priority Mail. For wholesale orders, we ship through UPS or FedEx. Pick-Up is also available in our candle studio Wednesday - Fridays from 4pm-7pm.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Our candles are handmade and poured in small batches to ensure consistency and quality. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes, we do offer wholesale for larger orders. Please visit our wholesale page to submit an inquiry and we will get back to you shortly.
  • How do I access my Light & Listen playlist?
    You should expect to receive a QR code with your order that you can scan to access your playlist link. If you are having issues accessing the link, when you receive your package, please reach out to
